We use Faicco's Sausage of Brooklyn, wild-caught seafood (shrimp, cod, salmon) and other high-quality ingredients such as cold-pressed Californian extra virgin olive oil. Our dough is crafted in the Neapolitan tradition, fermented, and then proofed for 24 hours.
